I love to draw! I love to paint in watercolors, take photos, doodle in my sketch-book journals, travel, learn about ancient cultures, share my learning with others. Teaching Art has been a journey of pure joy; but frustrating as well. There never seemed "enough" time to create and develop my own Art....and the realization that I have not made it a priority has signaled a desire to begin anew.
As the walrus said, "The time has come..."*
The journey continues, and hopefully it will grow to new adventures, new discoveries, new joy.
I am grateful for the friendship and guidance of Art-loving friends who have encouraged me to get moving forward, work, and thereby encourage others.
Thanks, Judi, for all your help in kick-starting; and for your blog expertise!
Chris

Thank you Amanda! I feel so blessed to get acquainted with you and Stacie at the Frame & Mat shop. You do so much for area artists, and I have admired your display windows for years.
